Realizing Aptitudes

Realizing Aptitudes is a 501 (c) (3) organization that provides one-on-one career coaching for adolescents and young adults through targeted assessments, individualized reports, and collaborative dialogue. We look at what someone is good at (abilities) and interested in, then develop customized career clusters that show a range of occupations that indicate a good fit. Our coaches guide clients through a discussion about each career option and help them develop an action plan of next steps in exploring potential careers. We also discuss ways our clients can use their character strengths and stress management techniques in order to be successful in upcoming transitions, in addition to achieving success in career and life in general.
