REALK is a sister company of RealHM, which is a major Slovak entity in the field of wholesale of fuels, lubricants and operating fluids. From its warehouse in Nové Zámky, RealHM provides exclusive fuel supply to the RealK petrol station network. Due to the ownership structure, RealK and RealHM belong to private, purely Slovak family companies of medium size without foreign capital participation. Both companies in tandem have gradually built up a significant stable and generally respected position on the Slovak fuel distribution market. The operation and trade of all RealK petrol stations is completely ensured in its entirety through its own core employees, with direct management from the headquarters in Komárno (none of the stations is operated by individual entrepreneurs in the form of franchise or lease).
