Our aim is to help women from India improve their well being. Women in and from India are trying to balance multiple things - work, caregiving responsibilities (children and elders), home management and self-care. Today all the heath/wellness research and data available is for white women in western countries, but our bodies are different and the expectations from us are different. As women progress in their life and career, their needs and issues that they face also change. We aim to have a data driven approach to improve wellbeing.
