Real Therapy

We provide curated therapy, consultation, education, and events that help queer creatives bring themselves more fully into the world. We specialize in LGBTQ+ issues, trauma, OCD, anxiety, identity, and relationships. Our therapists use evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Exposure Therapy/ERP, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy in addition to somatic, mindfulness-based, and creative interventions.
