How our 100% program works:
Agents pay only $100 per month, and $275 per closed listing and/or sale transaction. The transaction fee is capped at $2750 per year after which the agent receives 100% commission. In addition there is a $350 processing fee that can be charged to the client.

• FREE E & O INSURANCE, Free Signs, Free Lock Boxes. Listings are uploaded to over 1000 websites.
• FREE USE OF CONFERENCE ROOMS, fax, computers, copiers, and wireless internet.
• FREE PHONE EXTENSION that you can forward to your home, cell phone, or personal office.
