We are a property management company in the Houston metropolitan area. As property managers, we aim to care for the assets of others in the same way we care for our own, to strive for a symbiotic and prosperous experience for tenants and owners through effective communication and systematic processes, and to maintain a brand of excellence by anticipating needs and addressing complications promptly and directly. We handle all parts of the leasing process from property marketing to tenant evaluation and screening. We ensure rent will be collected and requests will be answered. Tenant retention is a priority of ours. All inspections and repairs are addressed in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. We have low-cost plans accommodating every investor's budget, from the single-unit investor to those with an extensive portfolio. Our model is based on a flat-rate unit cost and you pay more when we work more (i.e. repairs and leasing).
