RealX Investment Token

RealX Investment Token is the First Asset-Backed Token in Thailand under the approval of the Security Exchange and Commissions of Thailand (SEC) and fully complies with the relevant regulations surrounding this nascent industry. RealX has raised over $60+ million during its fundraising period for the purpose of asset acquisition and tokenization, of which a total of 13,186,813 RealX Tokens are then minted in a near 1:1 ratio of the total sq.m of assets acquired. These assets are Park Origin Phrom Phong, Park Origin Phayathai, and Park Origin Thonglor. One RealX Token will prove equivalent to an ownership of 1 sq.m, divided proportionally between all three projects. This ownership equivalence is in the form of receiving rental yield under the rental management of Hampton Hotel & Residence Management (HHR), paid quarterly to all eligible token holders and the opportunity for capital gain during the last tenure. During Years 1-5 of the RealX project, Park Luxury (PARK) a subsidiary of Origin Property PCL (ORIGIN) will be the sponsor, of which the guaranteed yield will be 4.00% with an increment of 0.25% each year respectively until 5.00% on Year 5. During Years 6-10, yield will be distributed as per actual performance and the disposal of assets onto the secondhand market will be initiated, thus giving token holders the opportunity for the real estates’ capital gain. For token holders holding RealX in their Token X wallet, the dividend will be paid directly to their paired SCB Easy account. As for token holders who have transferred to the supported exchange, the dividend will be distributed to their exchange’s wallet. All dividends will be paid out in the form of THB.
