The Re:Arhitekt team, Exists since 2019 and currently has a team of three senior and three junior architects permanently employed based in Niš, Serbia. We deal with original design to a lesser extent, and for the most part we are active as support project developments with an emphasis on BIM/Revit software. Our very firs experience comes from the American market for a couple of years, and then extended to the Dubai market, where we have been active for the last 3 years. Through constant cooperation with the concept design team from Dubai, we created the project documentation of both schematic and detail design phases for numerous luxury villas with square footage of 600-4000m2. This includes the elaboration of projects for Architecture, Landscape and Interior design. Experience has also shown us that each bureau has its own nuances in the standard of graphic presentation, the level of development of project documentation, having a base of typical details that should be adopted, etc. The more defined the way of work of the team with which we cooperate, the easier it is for us to fit in, accept and apply the standards. If the client/team needs to develop standards, creating revit template files, we are also available for teamwork. The reason why we’ve chosed Revit software as a support team is the possibility of better information control and project compliance. Of course, clear communication with the design team is necessary, with whom we collect data on the main guidelines, details, limitations, possible changes, etc. at the very beginning. Therefore, we have created questionnaires according to the type of project that help manage information between the design team and the project development team.
