Rebel Bread is a small-batch, artisan bakery that's really big on character. Our bread is handmade, long-fermented, and naturally-leavened whenever possible. We bake everything fresh daily right here in Denver.
We love making things that are “just different enough” – loaves and pastries that are recognizable and delicious, and upon closer look, might be a different flavor or style than you’re used to seeing.
Most of our baking is for our Wholesale Partners – we love working with local businesses. You can find us 7 days a week in coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery programs across Denver. Or stop by our Retail Counter, the South Pearl Farmers Market, or join our Bread Club.
