We are the Code Manager supporting the Retail Energy Code Company in meeting the objectives of the Retail Energy Code (REC). These arrangements are designed with the consumer at the heart. We are introducing new innovative ways of working, processes, tools and systems to help you digitally interact with the code. We are also here to support you and your fellow energy market participants in the daily operations of the code from supporting market entry, committees, managing change, performance assurance and providing the technical solutions including the Energy Market Architecture Repository. Every REC Party has been allocated an assigned point of contact (an Operational Account Manager) for questions and queries or you can raise them through the service desk accessed via the REC Portal.
