Real Estate Construction and Fabrication Company (RECAFCO) is a Kuwaiti shareholding company (closed) established in 1976. Over the last forty years, RECAFCO has gained expertise implemented in all areas of Civil Engineering & Industrial projects using the latest building technology. These projects include government buildings, private institutions, multi-story, commercial, shopping centers, schools, and residential cities. RECAFCO has been deemed one of the few prestigious establishments in the precast concrete manufacturing and erection business in Kuwait. Its reputation is due to the diverse experience gained over more than four decades of manufacturing vast products such as electrical substations, government building fronts, oil sector establishments, and various projects in the private industry. RECAFCO currently amasses an area of 80,000 square meters and has specialized equipment and mixers for the production of precast concrete elements including the Hollowcore Factory and special GRC Factory to produce the latest models and architectural designs according to customer requirements such as beams, columns, roof units, walls, ground units and other units.
