RECAST

RECAST is a collaborative platform between architects, engineers, and consultants, founded by 51N4E and M-gineers. Through an integrated approach and comprehensive knowledge RECAST provides services to developers and owners of existing buildings. We aim to preserve as much as possible, starting from the climate challenge and the social and economic value of the building in the urban context. RECAST uncovers and enhances the value of existing buildings. We offer an efficient and cost-effective renovation strategy to restore the built heritage in a sustainable way. By maximising reuse, we not only reduce the carbon footprint, but also speed up the permitting process, reduce vacancy and minimise financing risks.
