We ride to the beat of the music. We turn up our resistance to elevate ourselves and each other. We let go of inhibitions, and we remember what it felt like to just play. Each class is a 45 minute, high-intensity cycling workout, which focuses on physical and mental wellness, positivity, community, music, and fun. You may find a new level of fitness on the bike. You may find a new sense of community and perseverance. However you ride, we can guarantee you will find a new version of you.
