Recfishwest is the peak body representing the interests of 750,000 recreational fishers in Western Australia. We are a not-for-profit organisation that strives to ensure high quality recreational fishing experiences are maintained and enjoyed, as an integral part of the WA lifestyle. Recfishwest delivers research, policy, safety and communications outcomes that strategically drive our organisation toward delivering great fishing experiences for all West Australians. Our purpose is great fishing experiences for all in the WA community, forever. Our commitment is to protect, promote and create sustainable, accessible, enjoyable and safe fishing for the benefit of the community. With an Executive Board of Directors, along with our staff working in our core business areas, Recfishwest is equipped with the skills to deliver large scale projects in conjunction with our partners to enhance and develop sustainable fisheries and promote and protect community fishing experiences.
