My intention is to accompany your healing. Emotionally. Spiritually. Energetically. When I say healing, I mean the steps you take toward fully accepting and loving yourself. When I say healing art, I refer to creative practices that promote healing, wellness, personal transformation, and coping. A lot of people think that when they admit, need, or are interested in healing that it means something is “wrong” with them. It actually indicates that they're listening to themselves and giving themselves extra attention. Ultimately making them feel heard and healthier. That’s why we want to redefine healing. Healing means many things and takes on many shapes. No two people have the same healing journey and just like that, everyone enjoys different healing arts. Personalized healing art sessions in-person or virtually include a variety of healing art techniques each and all depending on your intention for the session. Some intentions for healing art sessions have included navigating: heavy chest, emotional discomfort, stomach pain, headaches, inflammation, anxiety, ADHD, worry, restlessness, and weird energy. I hope that together we can find a rhythm that you enjoy. And that we can redefine healing in ways that make sense for you.
