Recobros Digital is a software company that designed the V-Collector hosted solution that provides digital collections which is 100% mobile centric. From our SMS panel messages are launched with a unique link linking to the interactive website. V-Collections interactive website provides online information for each debtor which includes their balance, account statement, previous payments and last transactions. The system uses propensity based intelligence to calculate settlement amounts, what options to display to customers and payment plans on offer. Online customer payment is provided using credit cards and associated tokenization. Communication with contact centres is supported over Whatsapp, Web Chat and E-mail. The system includes a unified agent interface and lite CRM. Live monitoring of campaigns is provided for supepervisors. This is a free contact centre in which we simply charge for SMS messages.
