Helping people out of homelessness — for good. At Reconnected, we believe that homelessness doesn’t define a person — and it should never be where their story ends. We are a Birmingham-based charity offering more than emergency shelter. We provide long-term, supported accommodation in purpose-designed hubs where people can not only feel safe, but start again. Through our two residential hubs, we offer private rooms and wraparound care to people who’ve experienced homelessness, often after years of trauma, disconnection, or crisis. But our mission isn’t just to provide a bed — it’s to provide a way forward. Our Approach: Each resident is given their own room and their own key — a powerful first step toward rebuilding trust, confidence, and control. Inside our hubs, we offer: A private space to rest, recover, and feel safe Daily access to food, toiletries, and laundry facilities 1:1 casework and tailored support Help navigating healthcare, benefits, legal systems, and family reconnection Support to access training, employment, and long-term housing
