My problems occurred before I trained as a therapist. At the time, I was in the midst of a successful career in the music industry, travelling the world and working with many talented and gifted artists. But the hedonistic lifestyle caught up with me and I fell into self-destructive patterns, leaving me feeling lonely and deeply unhappy. Seeking help from therapy, I finally started to see how I could transform my wellbeing. And crucially, I also discovered a new direction – I wanted to help people.
