In Germany alone, 600,000 tons of waste tires are produced every year. While e-mobility reduces emissions, it does not reduce the flood of used tires. Currently, a major part of them are used as a cheap source of energy in cement plants, which will be banned from 2030.
We use an innovative yet proven technology to recover 84% of raw materials from used tires through continuous pyrolysis. Thanks to the continuous process, we are particularly efficient and produce around the clock 330 days a year.
The main recovered materials are high quality recovered carbon black (rCB) for the rubber and tire industry and pyrolysis oil (TPO) for the chemical industry.
