Having transitioned from Finance Management to Sales Management I have aquired a holistic mangement perspective from hands on mangement experience in both functional areas. Having been a part of regional Management teams in both functional areas has given me the ability to provide balanced advice on strategic and tactical challenges as well as having lead teams and restructuring and turn around projects from the front line - always with a clear goal to focus on and achieve short and longer term targets for the organisation.
