We are a team of scientists (@NataliaTarazonaLizcano is a microbiologist, @SarahKirchhecker is a chemist, and @RainhardMachatschek is a polymer chemist) developing green extraction and production technologies to manufacture sustainable vegetable oils from food waste such as coffee waste.
