The Recruiter Better Community’s started in Portugal with the mission to connect recruiters. We want to create a community based on open conversations, empowering people to share their own experiences and relevant information about the main themes and scourges related to our daily work life. 𝐖𝐄 𝐖𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐓𝐎 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐒𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐑𝐔𝐈𝐓𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐔𝐆𝐀𝐋. This community is for Recruiters, Hiring Managers, People & Culture professionals, Employer Branding professionals and others who want to share their stories, practices and experiences to nurture the recruitment industry, however, we do not deny access to anyone, if you don’t work in this field but are interested in it, we will be happy to receive you. We aim to create regular meetings where we invite one or more specialists to debate topics. We seek to be disruptive, create challenges and events that have never been created in our market, bring international guests with other skills and/or experiences in more mature markets to learn from, and create challenges and events always learning but with fun in the mix.
