As the name suggests, RBOSS provides back office support services for recruitment businesses. We only work for recruitment businesses. We understand recruitment businesses as that’s where we have come from. You may be a start-up or an established agency. We have assisted both. We replace the need for you to appoint a Bookkeeper and an External Tax Accountant. If you outsource the Bookkeeping and Tax work to us, you don’t have to manage the process. This frees you to do what you do best – and that is run a recruitment business. We don’t take sick leave or annual leave. We are there for you every week of the year. You receive your financial reports by the 5th working day of the new month. The BAS is lodged accurately and on time. We provide an independent assessment of your financial state, every month.
