Candidate sourcing is dominated by chance and networks, which prohibit people from realizing their true potential and keep great fits away from being discovered by potential employers. We use machine learning to help candidates and employers easily discover their ideal counterpart. Hailing from Norway, a frequent member at the top of UN's Happiness Report, we are building a matching service founded on transparency and responsible data handling.
