The ReCX podcast covers all things talent, recruitment and topics within the employment and HR industry to give people an insight in to what matters, from all things hiring, diversity and inclusion and mental well-being. Our podcast seeks to raise awareness of all touch points within talent and employment to allow people to share their perspectives, because these can be sensitive topics and it is important that people can feel that they can be honest and open, not only to help others learn and seek different ideas, but also to know that we all make mistakes. The ReCX podcast was created to give people a stage and platform to share their own journeys, experiences and business/personal stories to show that we are all human, hoping that people can feel inspired to go and seek careers in tech, no matter who you are or what your background.
