Red Balloon Therapy

To promote mental wellness and healing through arts, therapy and nature. Red Balloon Therapy provides art therapy services for children, youths and adults from different cultural backgrounds with emotional or psychological difficulties to identify and resolve their core conflicts. We also provide customised workshops and talks for the community, schools, social service and corporate organisations. From art experiential workshops, individual art therapy to group therapy sessions, our programmes combine art therapy, social emotional learning and fun to facilitate growth, change and healing. The essence of our work lies in the belief that every person has the inherent capacity to heal and transform.
