The development process has 4 phases:
- Strategy: Envisioning the nature and direction of the project (Briefing Phase)

- Content Plan & Data Conversion
- Information Architecture: This step defines how the site’s content will be organized and accessed by the end user.
- Testing, support and stability: The stability phase of the application project mainly focuses on testing and the removal of bugs, discrepancies and network issues that may otherwise cause the application to fail. It is here that policies and procedures are established for a successful support stem.
- Quality Assurance Testing: Red Banner tests the components of the system throughout the development process.
