Red Dot Mum is a family blog started in 2012 to educate about wellness and well-being for the next generation of caregivers. Its founder and owner, Cindy (also known as “Ms. Soo” ) is a private counsellor and educator who works with neurodiverse clients to be self-leaders in their mental health and well-being. Cindy is a qualified educator and counsellor and has practised in both the private and public sectors and community for close to thirty years.
