I am a calm goal-oriented Senior IT leader who operates from a collaborative perspective. I put responsibilities and powers where they belong in the organisation and facilitates and directs them.

1. IT management. I bring over 25 years of positive, coaching and incisive management experience that I would like to use to help IT teams achieve their goals.
2. Project management. During my career, I have successfully and enjoyably completed dozens of package implementations at government and commercial companies. These changes range from implementing 1 package to replacing the entire software landscape. They include ERP, CRM, DMS packages, but also customisation and office automation. No assignment is too complex for me if people and IT come together successfully.
3. I advise and lead processes related to alignment of IT and Organisation at senior level. I have been advising on the impact and integration of IT in organisations at all levels for 30 years. On alignment of IT with the goals of the organisation and the business. On how IT can make the organisation more effective and innovative.
