Red Hawk Property Management is currently managing properties throughout Maricopa County, including Apache Junction, Avondale, Buckeye, Gilbert, Glendale, Laveen, Maricopa, Mesa, Paradise Valley, Peoria, Phoenix, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, Surprise, Tempe, and Tolleson, as well as northern Pinal County. Being a full service property management company, our services include a property evaluation with your real estate agent that will determine if you are purchasing the right rental property for your investment objectives. Further, we will inspect the property to make suggestions on getting the property in rent ready condition. Once the property is rent ready, we will market through the MLS and a vast number of websites for the perfect tenant. We screen credit, criminal history, sex offender register, employment history and evictions. We do not allow smoking, cats or aggressive breed dogs in any of our properties.
