Who coaches people of color who are navigating the Learning & Development industry, or people working on their facilitation, video editing, and design skills? Who works with ESL teachers and other professionals who live abroad, or aspire to live abroad, or are planning to repatriate, and want to plan for long-term satisfaction? I do! Your situation is unique, and you deserve to work with someone who won't try to box you into one way of doing things. You are the expert on what is right for you, but I can offer: - An understanding of how to navigate corporate landscapes that may sometimes make you feel like an outsider - Experience on how to successfully plan for and take action on your move abroad aspirations and your live abroad goals - The ability to help you translate your teaching experience for transferability in other industries - 7 years of instructional design experience in most of the industry software you'd use if you have specific skills you'd like to work on - An MA in Applied Psychology to provide evidence-based coaching and wellbeing support I cannot be all things to all people but I can offer many things to the right people.
