About Red OPTIPROT
La Red OPTIPROT nace con la ambición de incrementar el conocimiento y la capacitación para ofrecer a la #industriaalimentaria herramientas que faciliten el uso de nuevas #proteínasalternativas para el desarrollo de alimentos e ingredientes saludables. En concreto, se pretende potenciar la aplicación de las #tecnologíasómicas para obtener y validar el uso combinado de diversas fuentes de proteínas en la generación de diferentes alimentos saludables como elemento diferenciador y de tendencia en la alimentación del futuro. Esta red de excelencia CERVERA está compuesta por los principales centros tecnológicos de España: AZTI, AINIA, ANFACO, EURECAT y CNTA.
