Starting 2010 Orascom Development decided to establish Red Sea Construction as a standalone entity to handle all construction works inside Orascom Development; while modifying its mandate to source construction works with selective clients out of the Orascom circle, hence becoming a Standalone Company utilizing its unique, extensive experience, talents and well trained staff of more than 1500 members in the open market.

• El-Gouna, Makadi & Soma bay hotels, real estate, lagoons & infrastructure.
• El-Forsan 5 star Hotel (307 rooms), Club & mall at Ismailia.
• Zewail City for Science & Technology student campus (under construction).
• Governmental Ministerial Buildings (BUA: 178,000 m2) (under construction).
• COC- CCC (BUA: 144,900 m2) (under construction).
• Latin District Project at Alamin (BUA: 620,617 m2) (under construction).
