- Started with 4D v6 in 1989. Developed and deployed a money transfer application. Purchased open-source A4 Foresight Financials & Enterprise Management in the 90’s running on 4D v6 database engine. Kept pace with platform changes from v6 -> v2004-> v12 -> v17. Migration to 4D v20 and Qodly ongoing. Currently in use in RedBao’s print shops.
- In 2010, developed and deployed ScanAll to securely scan 300k+ Giant Land Titles of the Registry of Deeds (RD) spread out in the islands of the Philippines.
- In 2011, developed allDocs DMS onsite together with Eduardo Reyes, 4D Silver Developer, to take on 10m+ conversion of the Land Registration Authority (LRA) Central Office of the Philippines.
- LRA Docket Division Data and indexes successfully migrated to Philaris System of LARES in 2013.
