We made the decision to fully do away with the “sales person” function in our business model, so when you phone us, you’ll be connected with one of our plain-speaking network engineers right away. There won’t be any needless sales- or tech-speak. We also view ourselves as independent of hardware and software. We won’t be making any absurd claims that your specific IT objectives can only be met by ONE software package, ONE hardware vendor, etc. There are numerous instruments out there that have all the features you require to finish the job. And in contrast to some other providers of IT solutions, our objective is not to upsell you on a ton of expensive gear or provide you overly-complicated, over-engineered IT solutions that make you dependent on us for more IT environment support.
