Redbrick Newspaper

Redbrick is the multi-award-winning official student newspaper of the University of Birmingham, established in 1936. We publish print editions throughout the academic year and update our website (www.redbrick.me) with new content every day. Redbrick's twelve sections are entirely run, edited and designed by students, for students. Our sections are as follows: News, Comment, Culture, Music, Film, Television, Gaming, Food&Drink, Travel, Life&Style, Sci&Tech and Sport. Students can get involved by purchasing a membership from the Guild of Students website (https://www.guildofstudents.com/studentgroups/societies/redbrick/), making an account on the Redbrick website, and then joining individual sections' WhatsApp groups through their Instagram pages (https://www.instagram.com/redbrickpaper/). Any current or former UoB student can get involved with Redbrick regardless of past experience.
