The American Red Cross Central Appalachia Region works every day to prevent and alleviate human suffering. In other words, we help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies. We provide domestic disaster relief, blood collection and distribution services, preparedness information, health and safety training, service to the armed forces, and international services.
