We provide Property Condition and Needs Assessments (PCNA’s) and Phase I Environmental reports to FHA-approved lenders who are assisting potential borrowers in applying for HUD ORCF/FHA Section 232 LEAN (care facilities) or Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) (multifamily) FHA Insured loans. These reports are used by lenders to underwrite loans and are requirements within the LEAN/MAP application processes. We also provide ASTM assessments directly to property owners and managers to assist in their long-term planning (overall condition/projected capital replacements & environmental considerations).
