Founded in 2015, Redefine is a non-profit organization with spirited interest in empowering Chinese women in China and abroad. We are a group of 50+ volunteers from exceptional companies and top universities in China and US.
Redefine builds a community for Chinese women, with a focus on self-discovery, growth and leadership. We embrace the responsibility to challenge, inspire and support self-identified Chinese women to think more critically, dream bigger, develop a give-back mentality, define their own identities, and redefine their paths. We believe in the power of ripple effect in creating positive cultural shift.
Our team are composed of bold leaders from companies such as McKinsey, Goldman, and Google; and passionate individuals from schools such as Barnard College, Peking University, Bryn Mawr College, Columbia University, Mount Holyoke College, Smith College and Nankai University.
