re.DEFINED is a free well-being community that offers men a platform to prioritise their well-being through exercise, communication and connections. It provides a unique opportunity to begin each day with intention and collectively gain clarity for personal growth and self-improvement. Community is the heart of everything we do to build a group of like minded men needing a space to train and connect. Wednesday is ‘hump day’ so once a week on a Wednesday in a selected location, we offer a FREE workout to start the day off positively, then connect over coffee and explore how to be the best version of ourselves. We're expanding our FREE exercise classes to cities and towns throughout the country, creating accessible spaces for men of all ages and fitness levels to build strength, improve health, and connect with a supportive community. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your wellness journey, our classes are designed to challenge and inspire you, all in an inclusive and welcoming environment. Our mission is to redefine men's fitness by removing barriers and making it easier than ever for men to prioritize their overall health.
