In today's competitive, fast-paced world there is little time to introspect and appreciate life. As the Dalai Lama said, the core purpose of our lives has become all the more elusive and hard to fulfill. The kind of mental stress that we are subjected to, right from early childhood, manifests as physical disorders, and before we realize it, we start to suffer from chronic illnesses, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. Our way of coping with these matters has been simple – cure these symptoms through medication! But until the root causes of our issues are resolved, physical symptoms will continue to crop up, in one way or another. Pretty soon, we end up having to sort out issues from excessive medication while the underlying matters still persist. We are aware that the demands of the urban lifestyle are here to stay. So, how can we break out of this vicious cycle? At Redesigned Thinking, our solution is simple – address the root cause and not the symptom. We believe that we need to get in touch with our true selves, physically, mentally, and heal our past experiences in order to restore true harmony in our lives. We believe that we need to redesign our thought process to be more positive and uplifting, so that we can enable our body's wisdom to facilitate healing and be happy and healthy, in body, mind and spirit thereby fulfilling the purpose of our lives.
