RedFern was established in 2024 by Richard Janes MRICS. Richard has advised on development projects throughout the East of England at a national Cambridge consultancy for over 19 years (13 years as head of development). However, following 6 weeks of reflection whilst rowing across the Atlantic, Richard decided to establish his own development practice.
RedFern seeks to deliver best practice advice from large consultancies alongside a highly personalised, fleet of foot service. Being located in the heart of the growth area we really understand local dynamics, politics, values and planning.
