About REDI Recycling
REDI Recycling is a pioneering social enterprise dedicated to empowering the informal waste collectors and transforming them into Green Agents of Change. Operating across four municipalities in Skopje, we provide sustainable solutions for non-hazardous waste selection (plastic, paper, e-waste and textile), management, and transportation. Our mission is to formalize and support marginalized waste workers, offering them opportunities to become part of a fair, inclusive, and environmentally responsible system. By engaging and educating over 20,000 citizens in Skopje, we actively promote proper waste management practices, environmental awareness, and community-driven recycling initiatives. Through innovation, collaboration, and a strong focus on social impact, REDI Recycling is building a greener future while championing the inclusion of vulnerable communities in the circular economy. Together, we aim to transform waste into opportunity and foster a culture of sustainability.
