By providing gourmet, artisanal products and recipes that are easy to use, founder Chef Peter Mollett concentrates a chemist’s approach to blend the right balance of flavor, acidity, and sweetness to suit any palette. His professional and locally-produced spice rack focuses on most dietary considerations and food allergies, and encourages flavor-rich foods, while avoiding additives, preservatives, high fructose corn syrups and sugars. He founded the company in 2011, starting with one BBQ Sauce, a farmer’s market stand, and books full of family recipes. Over six years later, Red Kitchen Foods has grown to produce more than 25 products, a culinary academy, and catering services, and it has become the mainstay among chefs, hotels, restaurants, specialty shops and people across the country, who love making homemade happen™!
