Provide strategic Business and Corporate Finance advisory services; including but not limited to Fractional CXO/CFO work, Capital Structure Strategy/Solutions; Banking/Lender relationships, Investor/Fund relationships, Accounting, and Consulting Support Services to lower middle market companies (less than $100mm ARR). Started by a core group of bankers/Lenders, treasurers, CFOs, Strategists, CXO executives that intimately understand the challenges and inflection points that Small to Medium sized Businesses (SMBs) deal with on an operational and Lender/investor/shareholder perspective. Assist businesses execute growth plans, provide help with product/market fit along with setting / designing a GTM strategy, as well as advise on valuation and M&A. As former operators/financiers, we are "Roll-up the sleeves" guys who dig in, reviewing operations, financing, and strategy to prepare the company for the future.
