Red Maple is a chef driven, full service luxury catering & private chef company producing events in Dallas-Fort Worth and the Colorado Mountains. Our team’s passion is creating playful dishes with bright colors, complex flavors, and artistic presentations. We blend modern preparations, service excellence, and the finest ingredients to achieve the perfect meal. No detail is too small when planning your event and we absolutely love going all out on presentation, service any anything and everything decor and design related. We are a dream team of creatives and hospitality professionals who care a whole lot and who strive to create beautiful and meaningful events for each of our clients and guests, many of whom we have the pleasure to cook for time and time again. Our Dallas kitchen is located on a small 8 acre farm in Aubrey and our Colorado kitchen is located in the mountain towns of Vail/Beaver Creek and Aspen.
