The studio offers convenient morning & evening batch options and is open 7 days a week. Specialized sessions are run on weight loss , cardio pilates and weekend batches are offered to cater to the busy working women. The Studio is also retained by many of the large corporates to manage in house online workshops on healthy living and fitness for women employees.
