> We are also flexible in discussing the ownership’s potential for continued involvement post-sale to seek a smooth leadership transition for employees, customers, and suppliers alike.
Target Businesses
> We target UK businesses with £0.5-1.5M EBITDA (typically £1-10M Revenue).
> Our ideal targets are B2B businesses with recurring revenue streams and good profit margins, trading for 10+ years and with established management teams.
Transaction Structure
> We aim to acquire 100% or a majority stake in most cases. However, we have significant flexibility to structure a transaction that delivers the best outcome for all stakeholders.
> In most cases, we will look to provide equity incentives (or similar) to the management team and will utilise debt funding in the transaction.
