Redpath Bruce LLP is a practice of Chartered Surveyors specialising in Commercial Agency, predominantly Commercial and Residential Investment Acquisitions and Disposals, performed by Christian Bruce. Residential Lettings Agency is also carried out as a complimentary service to our related property management business. Our subsidiary company, Redpath Bruce Property Management Ltd carries out the core function of managing Residential and Commercial property. The property management business has been in existence since 1907 and employs over 50 staff out of two offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh. Our remit extends as far north as the Black Isle and as far south as Manchester. Our "Why": By pro-actively maintaining our client’s property we enhance the built environment around them and the well-being of their communities.
