RedSky Money provides free financial coaching to empower individuals early in their careers to make better financial decisions when the positive impact of those decisions maximizes their long-term success. More than at any other time in their lives, people who have recently entered the workforce face significant financial decisions that could negatively impact their financial future if not handled appropriately. The earlier they improve their financial literacy and capability, the greater the potential positive long-term financial benefits. RedSky Money was specifically created as a nonprofit organization for our client's benefit, not ours. Our coaching services are provided by AFC or CFP exam-qualified individuals who meet virtually with clients one-on-one and guide them through a personalized financial framework. Our typical client has been in the workforce for less than 10 years. This is a period in their lives when they are faced with significant financial decisions that often will have long-term financial impacts whether it is about debt and savings (student loans, credit cards, retirement), major purchases (car, home), or marriage/starting a family. We collaborate with a network of strategic financial partners, corporations, schools, and alumni associations in order to maximize our reach to individuals who would benefit from financial coaching.
